Evaluation Specialist III

The Evaluation Specialist III will be responsible for the day-to-day project activities within the Center for Program Development, Implementation, Research and Evaluation, responsible for the development and implementation of program evaluation projects in the areas of HIV/AIDS and quality improvement.  The incumbent will coordinate and/or lead all phases of the complete evaluation research process, including problem definition, planning, implementation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of findings; produce original manuscripts for journal publication and posters/abstracts for conference presentations; supervise staff and perform other appropriate related duties.
