The Housing Stabilization Case Worker provides case management and housing support services to homeless men and women dealing with significant barriers to obtaining and maintaining stable housing. The Housing Stabilization Case Worker provides case management, including but not limited to, resolution of issues that have led to homelessness, work toward decreasing barriers, life skills coaching and skill building, employment search and/or applying for benefits, and coordination of care with other service providers necessary for maintaining stable housing. As a Housing First agency, all services are person-centered and person-directed using a harm reduction, trauma-informed framework to address client needs.
