Graduate Research Assistant

Part-time or full-time 1-2 year opportunity for candidate to assist multidisciplinary MGH team prepare FDA CDER Biomarker Qualification Plan (QP) for quantitative pathology measurements of skin innervation measured from biopsies. Testing used clinically and for research and treatment development. Successful candidate will work under joint supervision of neuropathology lab director and senior biostatistician with FDA experience.

This position is to assist PI and senior biostatistician to develop statistical diagnostic models. The principal duties are to prepare analysis data set, carryout assigned tasks to maintain the study data integrity, write programming codes for the analysis, execute the analysis under the supervision of the senior statistician, and make reposts and participate in scientific report writing.
