Healthy NYC Panel Maintenance Coordinator

With grant funds from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) seeks to fill a position for its probability-based survey panel, Healthy NYC. The selected candidate will be an employee of Public Health Solutions, a nonprofit organization which is the fiscal and administrative manager of the grant, but the work will be supervised by DOHMH.

Healthy NYC is an innovative project that provides the DOHMH with important health information in a timely and cost-effective way. To date, Healthy NYC has recruited about 13,000 adult New Yorkers to join a survey cohort that we are using to conduct population health research, with plans to expand to 40,000 panel members.

The Healthy NYC Panel Maintenance Coordinator will manage our relationship with Healthy NYC panelists, including conducting survey interviews by phone, panelist tracking, and responding to participant inquiries.
