Posting Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Associate III for the Rutgers Center for Advancing Research & Evaluation for Patient-Centered Care at the Rutgers, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

The goal of the Rutgers Center for Advancing Research and Evaluation for Patient-Centered Care (CARE PCC) is to unite those whose mission is to improve patient outcomes and experiences, and to take root within the institutional structure as a means of continuous evaluation and learning within our healthcare organization. CARE PCC strives to better enable patients across health systems to make informed decisions and play a role in their own care.

Under the guidance of the Director and Executive Director, assists in the conduct of specialized behavioral and social science research and evaluation across multiple projects; participates in research activities within the Center.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:

  • As directed, performs various behavioral and social science research and evaluation operations relative to ongoing investigatory activities of the Center including but not limited to conducting literature reviews; and collecting, managing, and analyzing data.
  • Prepares data for timely completion of all requirements of grant reporting including correspondence, progress reports, program evaluations, and other related reports.
  • Assists principal investigator(s) and research administrator with the preparation of articles and presentations.
  • Organizes, maintains, and updates website content.
  • Develops spreadsheets and databases to support project activities.
