Research Associate II – Program Evaluation

Position Summary: This position assists with research and evaluation, including developing research designs and evaluation protocols, data analysis, and disseminating results. This individual will work with community partners and clients to support ongoing funded research.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evaluation plans for funded projects related to the healthcare workforce
• Develop and administer data collection instruments.
• Conduct and present data analysis findings.
• Provide technical assistance to partner organizations on data collection, management, and reporting.
• Prepare high-quality, professional reports and presentations for various audiences using data visualization techniques.
• Prepare and contribute statistical data and pertinent information for peer-reviewed publications, grants, and other documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations by emphasizing high-quality customer service and effective communication.
